call me a retard but i just renewed my distrokid

I know I’m an idiot for this, but I just renewed my DistroKid subscription. I tried to migrate my entire catalogue to another platform beforehand, but every single track kept getting flagged with automated copyright errors like "You have already uploaded [Track Name] - [Artist Name]."

Because of this mess, I panicked and ended up paying for 2-3 different distributors trying to sort it out, and now I have no idea what to do.

Now i am scare that my music is at risk or what also if by chance my music gets takes down which i am lucky hasnt till now will i be able to upload same song with same irsc ?

I blended Indian sitar melodies with progressive house in my track, MIZRAB

Hello everyone!

I am an independent electronic music producer and I have been trying to incorporate Indian musical influences into modern electronic music.

MIZRAB is my latest track in which I’ve blended sitar-inspired melodies with progressive house, combining the character of traditional Indian sounds and the atmosphere and energy of electronic dance music.

I wanted to see how the sound of the sitar could work in a modern electronic production but still keep its Indian identity at the core of the track.

I’d really love to know what people here think, particularly anyone who plays or enjoys the sitar. Let me know your thoughts on the fusion and the use of traditional Indian instrumentation in electronic music. Does it feel natural to you?

🎧 Hear it here: https://fanlink.tv/mizrab

Thanks for listening! I would appreciate your thoughts and feedback.

I found out a few days ago that my ex passed away

I don't really know how to write this, but my counsellor suggested that talking about it somewhere might help, so here I am.

I'm 19. My girlfriend and I broke up in February after being together for a long time. I never really understood why it happened. Everything happened over text, and she told me she felt numb. I had a lot of questions, but I never really got answers.

I eventually started trying to accept the breakup and move forward. I had reached a point where I was thinking about meeting someone new, but I haven't really been able to connect with anyone at my college.

College has been pretty lonely for me in general. I don't have many friends here, and I spend most of my time in my room after classes. I mostly just talk to my roommate. I also sometimes feel like people around me don't really like me, so I've found it difficult to feel comfortable here.

Then a few days ago, I found out that my ex had died in an accident.

I honestly don't know how to process it.

It's weird because she was my ex, but she was also someone who was a huge part of my life. The breakup had already left me with so many unanswered questions, and now I'll never get the chance to ask them.

I keep thinking about everything.

Why did she feel numb?
Was there something I didn't understand?
Could I have done something differently?
Why did everything end the way it did?

And now there's just no possibility of ever getting those answers.

I feel guilty because sometimes my mind goes back to normal life, college, friends, relationships, the future, and then I suddenly remember what happened. I don't know if that's normal.

I wasn't expecting to be thinking about relationships at all after finding out. I think it's more that I had already been trying to move forward before this happened, and now I don't know what "moving forward" is supposed to look like anymore.

I don't know if I'm looking for advice. I think I just needed somewhere to put all of this because I've been keeping most of it to myself.

I'm just feeling really lost right now.

College has been pretty lonely for me. I don't really have friends here, and most of the time after classes I just go back to my room. I mostly talk to my roommate. So when something like this happens, I don't really have anyone around me to sit with and talk to about it.

A few days ago, I found out that my ex had died in an accident.

I honestly don't know how to process it.

She was my ex, but she was also someone who was a huge part of my life. The breakup itself had already left me with so many unanswered questions, and now I'll never get the chance to ask them.

I keep going over everything in my head.

My anxiety has been pretty bad since I found out. I'll be doing something completely normal and suddenly remember what happened. Sometimes I feel okay for a little while and then it hits me again. I also feel guilty when my mind goes back to normal things like college, relationships, or my future.

I don't know if that's normal.

I'm not really posting this because I expect anyone to fix it. I think I just needed somewhere to put all of this because I've been keeping it to myself and I don't really have anyone around me to share it with.

If anyone has experienced something similar, or even just has advice on dealing with the constant thoughts and anxiety, I'd really appreciate hearing it.

I'm just trying to figure out how to get through this.

My ex passed away, and now I don't know if I'll ever be able to date again

I don't really know how to write this, but my counsellor suggested that maybe putting it somewhere and hearing from people who have gone through something similar might help.

I'm 19, and earlier this year, in February, my girlfriend and I broke up. We had been together for a long time, and honestly, I never fully understood why it happened.

Everything happened over text. She told me she felt numb. I didn't really understand what she meant at the time. I had so many questions, but I never got the answers I wanted. Eventually, we went our separate ways.

A few days ago, I found out that she died in an accident.

I don't even know how to describe what that did to me.

It's such a strange kind of grief because technically she was already my ex. But she was also someone who had been such a huge part of my life, and suddenly there is absolutely no possibility of ever talking to her again.

I can't ask her why she left.
I can't ask her if she was okay.
I can't ask her what she meant when she said she felt numb.
I can't even have the conversation I kept thinking I might have someday.

And now I'm sitting here wondering what happens to me from here.

I'm in college right now, and I've already been feeling incredibly lonely here. I spend most of my time in my room after classes. There aren't many activities, and I don't really feel like I belong here. I feel like I have people around me but still somehow feel completely alone.

Now this happened, and everything feels even emptier.

One of the things I've been thinking about constantly is whether I'll ever be able to date someone again.

Not because I think she was necessarily the only person I could ever love. I just don't know how I'm supposed to let someone new into my life when a part of me is still stuck in this unfinished story.

Would I constantly compare them to her?
Would I feel guilty for being happy with someone else?
Would loving someone new somehow mean I'm leaving her behind?
Or will I eventually be able to love someone again without feeling like I'm betraying what we had?

I don't even know if I'm asking for advice or just trying to get this out of my head.
