Wish to discuss "Heart of Russia"

Hey there, I am sure this is something thats been talked about a lot, But its been 4 years and i dont understand why at this point SCS wont just add in the map,

Afterall, There are some work arounds to make sure it doesn't support Russia where the map is based, Like giving part of the profits to aid, A thing that was done before with the ETS2 Ukrainian truck skin pack.

Apart from that there isn't many other places SCS can add in so i have a feeling they will be kind of forced to in the future, With Turkey, Ireland and Iceland being added in, That basically exhausts most if not every expansion possible in Europe besides Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, And well Moldova is too small to be made its own DLC.

In my opinion this is a issue that will have to be awnsered soon enough because SCS is literally running out of map expansions that it can do in Europe, And without being political, I am not being political lets be clear, That war likely wont end soon, Its likely to last a lot longer, So its not like waiting it out is a good idea, And its not like ETS2 hasn't touched anything sensitive before, Just look at the balkans, Republika srpska and its internal borders in Bosnia, Kosovo with its dotted lines.

I only see three more paths foward for ETS2 map expansions if they somehow really dont want to add in Russia even when they have ran out of other land in Europe to expand into.

1. Georgia and Armenia see themselves as European, And have strong European ties, Even though they are technically in Asia/middle east due to them being south of the Caucasian mountains, They could be added in with maybe even Azerbaijan. (Turkey, A DLC currently being added is mostly outside Europe, But since its being added anyways, I see this as a possibility)

2. SCS decides to add in a still controversial, But less controversial Belarus.

3. SCS adds in Norwegian Svalbard, Isle of man, Malta, Faroe islands, Swedish Aland islands, Spanish Balearic Islands, All as one new DLC focused on islands.

But really, Those are all pretty damn small and well, Ignores the elephant in the room which is that well, Russia is part of Europe, And it has the most content potential out of all of them while also making sense, Europe expands all the way to the Ural mountains, The European part of Russia is basically in a sense half of the entire ETS2 map on its own.

And well honestly, Map mods have shown that you can add in Russia without issues, Because well, Most people who play this game dont care too much about politics and just want to drive a truck, They come onto ETS2 to forget about the issues of the world for a bit and treat it as escapism, Usually people who love travelling in general, As thus the discussion on Heart of Russia, Still one of the most anticipated DLC's if not the most anticipated.

ETS2 map currently

Roughly what the borders of Europe are.

Again i wish to make clear, This is not meant to be political in any way, shape or form, Some people might sadly take it that way, But everything here is about me wanting to discuss the halted Heart of Russia DLC which inevitably has to include the uncomfortable topic of the conflict.

Tips needed, First trip from Amsterdam to Budapest with Flixbus

Hey there, I have seen various bad ratings on flixbus, But it is the only one besides the more difficult to book trains that heads from Amsterdam to Budapest (Kind of a monopoly)

Things like items getting stolen, Busses being cancelled and people getting stranded abroad far from home, People not moving from reserved seats and being dicks about it (Flixbus should honestly make its busses Reservation only)

This makes me fear the upcomming trip, But i want to meet my long time online friend who i have known for over 10 years now and talked with everyday without a single argument for every single one of those days we know eachother,

Flixbus is the cheapest, train is difficult to book when travelling so far, and the plane is both expensive and difficult due to the various hoops you have to go through and the insanely busy airports you have to go through.

My questions

Can you take a backpack with you into the bus? I do not need much stuff at all, I want to take my backpack with me for security.

If i do get stranded, Is it true flixbus will send me a v0ucher so i can immediately book another bus for free as same day bookings are far more expensive.

Besides that, Please give me some tips, Thank you in advance.

Need some help, Question about studying in Russia.

I am a 20 year old Dutch male, And i am looking to study in Russia,

One issue however, During 2022's covid lockdown period when everyone switched to digital classrooms when i was 15, I couldn't learn properly as i learn through a herd mentality, and was forced out of highschool, Then told to basically scram by the government when i asked for help to get on a new highschool when by law it was supposed to help me, Everything went wrong, Though despite that i do have experience as a Farmer, in Welding and in Mechanics.

As for me choosing Russia, I wish to live there, Learn the culture, Learn the language, and contribute so i can make a new life there, (Before the question comes, Yes i will gladly do the mandatory service if that is what is required of me to live there.)

So here comes the question, Is there a university in Russia, That allows people from foreign countries to enroll into it without a highschool diploma? If so, Please help me out and tell me which if you know any, Thank all of you in advance.
