HELP!! Ticketmaster Canceled Our Olivia Rodrigo Tickets. What Do We Do??

UPDATE: Despite being told a million times “That’s just too bad, there’s nothing we can do” (lies!!!) we finally got them to send us a new Persona link and will hopefully have our tickets back soon🎉 (The process was terrible and I never want to experience this again)

My boyfriend received this email, but it went straight to his spam and he only noticed that our Olivia Rodrigo tickets were canceled because he was checking our tickets for another concert on Friday. The tickets were purchased during presale directly from Ticketmaster, and we've used his account plenty of times to buy tickets for Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, etc. with no issue. Also, we haven't broken any rules or bought more than the max number of tickets allowed. We called customer service, and they were totally useless, saying they had no idea why this happened. Is anyone else experiencing this, and what can we do to get our tickets back?? Does anyone have a better phone number or email address we can contact?

Hello,

An extensive review of all purchases was run and your order for the below event has been flagged for violating our terms of use and will be cancelled. This may have been due to exceeding the ticket purchase limits set by the tour and/or providing conflicting account information. These checks are being used to help get more tickets directly into the hands of fans.

If you believe your order was misidentified, you may open an appeal using Persona, our ID verification partner, at the secure link below before Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

Unless action is taken, your order for the below event will automatically be cancelled on Monday, August 17, 2026. At that time, barcodes associated with these tickets will be voided and will not grant entry to the event. You’ll receive a full refund for the ticket price, which will appear in your account within 7-10 business days once processed. Additionally, the account will be permanently restricted from making new purchases.

Don’t forget about Admit.org ❤️

I feel like a lot of people are wondering where people are getting data on secondaries/interviews/acceptances/rejections, etc., so friendly reminder that admit.org exists! Also it just works better if more people submit their data accurately :)

Done with secondaries!!

Beyond happy to share that I’ve submitted 49/50 secondaries and was notified that I won’t be receiving the 50th one, so I am officially done with this stage ❤️…so now do we just wait for impending doom? Is there anything else I should be doing besides jumping every time I get an email notification?

I got numbers 183 and 184 for dress rehearsal and am not feeling super hopeful...has anyone ever experienced success with numbers that high?? I'm gonna go anyway but would love to hear about others' experiences and how close you got!
