Hi everyone. I have a UMID-UnionBank card (Savings-ATM) that I mainly use for paying my SSS contributions and utility bills because there’s no convenience fee. Since I only use it for those transactions, I usually keep just a small amount in the account.
I was surprised to notice that an amount had been deducted from my savings, and I later found out that it was for an annual fee. Because of this, I’m now hesitant to put more money into the account since it will most likely just be deducted again for the annual fee.
For those who also have the same card, do you experience the same thing? How much is the annual fee for you?
(I thought there is no maintaining balance with UB.)
