I've lost about 40 lbs on Zepbound 10mg and am finally very close to my ideal weight! I was lucky enough to get approved for the new Medicare Bridge program, so my doctor is now transitioning me to the Foundayo 0.8 mg pill.

Has anyone else made this same transition? If so, I’d love to hear your experience:

• Dosage timeline: How long did you stay at the 0.8 mg starter level before moving up?
• Weight changes: Did dropping from a higher-dose injectable to the lowest-dose pill cause you to gain weight, or were you able to maintain (or even continue losing)?
• Side effects: Have you experienced any negatives or new side effects with the switch?

My bank just informed me that Cook Unity had a data breach and that my personal information was posted to the dark web. I contacted Cook Unity and they acknowledged the breach. Some company!! They said "sorry" but did nothing to tell me what steps they are taking to protecting my data. They didn't even have the decency to provide me any form of compensation for the breach. And they din't even have the decency to inform their users of the breach - I had to get it from my bank.
