I have a concept of a character idea for an eldritch earth setting that is not well-fleshed out but basically, they weren't born biologically but was instead formed from reality being fractured and distorted by eldritch beings. They weren't intentionally created but is a byproduct of these distortions in reality They look human, are biologically human, but they weren't supposed to exist and is thus considered an outlier/anomaly in reality. I was thinking perhaps by virtue of their "birth", they defy the normal laws of physics and are acausal by nature. But I am interested in hearing your ideas. Thank you.

I'm wondering what powers you guys could come up that would counter Causality Manipulation. For me this power is overpowered. Like you can negate the effect of any action and create any effect from any action when Causality manipulation is pushed to the limit. So I was wondering if there are any powers that can counter it. Omnipotence is the easiest answer of course but that's kinda defeats the spirit of my question.

I'm wondering if you guys have any cursed spirit ideas based on countries outside Japan. I had some ideas like a Dragon based cursed spirit in England or Germany, a cannibal/Wendigo cursed spirit in North America wondering the woods, and a chupacabra spirit in Mexico. I was thinking about a gun or a nuke cursed spirit from the United States specifically. I dunno.

Hey, I'm trying to think of ways to make superspeed a viable power without breaking the flow of the narrative. I want to create a character with superspeed but have limitation so that they don't immediately break the plot or become overpowered. Now I've seen people arguing about how the Speedsters like Flash, Quicksilver, and Red Rush, can immediately solve all of their problems if they just use their superspeed better and more intelligently. Some limitations/weaknesses of speedsters I can implement is capping the limit on how fast they can go, they consume large amounts of energy to sustain faster speeds so they need to replenish their energies more often, and their bodies are exhausted or under immense strain after using superspeed and could be paralyzed or go into a short coma. Are there any other limitations you guys could think of? Thank you, I greatly appreciate your help.

What do you want to see in golden fingers in Xianxia web novels? What do you not want to see in golden fingers? In what way do you think golden fingers facilitate the story? Basically, I’m asking these questions cause I’m considering writing my own xianxia story and I want to create a golden finger for my protagonist that doesn’t seem like an asspull or just gives my mc everything.
