I run a program that teaches poetry workshops in schools. This program is year long after school but cost. I need to set up meetings with principals to try and pitch the program. For principals , what would make you click on a cold email for after school programming / for those who have had success getting principals attention through emails what did you say? Any help would be appreciated

This was my first time buying a car. A car dealership told me to come in for a one car but when I came in they said they didn’t have it anymore (even though they confirmed that morning) after 7 long hours and given the run around I was finally able to purchase a car. They sold it to me while they were closing. It didn’t have an inspection (I didn’t know that was a thing) but was sold to me as-is. I asked them about the brake light being out but they rushed me out and they told me they would fix it Friday (it was Monday). When I came in for the Brake light, they did an inspection but the car failed. I was told I could take it to a mechanic to be fixed. While at a mechanic I became aware they wasn’t suppose to sell it to me without an inspection. It’s been two weeks since I bought the car. I’ve driven about a 1000 miles. Today the check engine light came on. I’m in Virginia, is there anything I can hold against them to get the dealership to fix the problems that failed the inspection and possibly the check engine light issue as well? Does it matter that they sold it to me without an inspection (the paperwork I signed says I was charged for an inspection). Please advise. They took a picture of me with the car but the salesman positioned me in front of where an inspection sticker would be and that’s the only photo I have so there’s no photos showing there was no inspection sticker. But my paperwork shows the car was sold on Monday and the inspection wasn’t completed til Friday.
