Best way from le havre-rouen and easiest way to get orange phone set up in a day

My husband and I obtained the vls-ts! We arrive in France today in a few short hours. We arrive in le havre and are starting our journey in rouen where we have an apartment ready for us. Currently we have quite some luggage around 4 large suitcases worth! We also are having some trouble getting a French phone number.

What are the easiest way to get get from le havre ferry terminal to rouen? I was thinking just taxi streight to the door consideitngthe luggage but uber xl says €245!... Could also taxi to train then taxi from train to door I assume for less than €90.

Also I tried to sign up for youprice since sosh wouldn't take my usa passport online. Youprice dragged there feet 3 days until the day, today when we need it most only to ask for more info so I just told them we withdrawal. Who is easiest to get on orange with? Hoping to spending like €12 for at least 100gb and unlimited talk/sms. I have a wise iban which is Belgian. I also of course have my residency proof and proof of address but idk if this is enough.

Queen Mary 2 outbreak and medivac

We left NYC on the 8th on the Cunard queen Mary 2 to Southampton UK which arrives tomorrow. Since around day 2 there started to gradually become a lot of coughing going around. I was fine until around 3 days when I started to get a sore throat, which progressed overnight into whole body aches, fever, cough, congestion, and dizziness which even had me hit my head so far on the shower. With one day left someone was just air lifted from the ship around an hour ago. But I don't know what for.

Do any of you have any idea what this illness is going around? I haven't left my cabin in days now and unfortunately last night they didn't even provide a breakfast menu so I don't even get food today before disembarking tomorrow morning which is going to complicate things so I'm hoping to determine just how contagious this is as I need food and this is like a nightmare.

Also I'm told there are no decongestant sprays?..

I have over $260k assets and fidelity wouldn't budge not .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% on a margin rate. Is this normal? Moving to ibkr I guess unless anyone else has better options.

I had a booking for May 29th from NYC to France. I called to speak to customer service as I had logged in and seen they had given me the May 8th booking for a Britannia Inside Stateroom (which I paid in full upon seeing). I let them know I had made the payment for the may 8th cruise which they saw. They agreed to cancel the may 29th and allow a full refund if I have my agent call them(cruisebound.com). No issue now that is resolved...

Or so I thought. I started going through cunard to get my boarding passes downloaded for May 8th and got stuck since it wouldn't accept saving my card details for onboard charges. I called them back and they say this is actually just a waitlist still!!! They said also I couldn't even get a refund for the full payment which is already made for the apparent waitlist!

So now I have no ship and another $2500 is tied up by them which they say cannot be refunded unless on the 8th I don't get a cabin.. How is it legal from them to be so deceptive?
