Actually crazy for a “writer” to be using AI to make this bullshit

Hi there! I posted about a week ago about my cat Teddy’s irregular diabetes. The group suggested I change from the Purina Diabetic Dry food to Fancy Feast Pate, which I did. Something that is happening now is that his blood sugar is good in the AM after breakfast + insulin, but after dinner + insulin it drops randomly (from like a 300 BG to 65). I am giving him 2 units both in the AM and PM, but only after the PM insulin does his BG drop. Would y’all recommend switching him from 2 units in the PM to just one and see if that helps? Is this a thing that happens? For insulin he’s on Lantus 2 units in the AM and 2 units in the PM currently.

Hi All! I have had my cat Teddy (8M) since he was a kitten. When he was about two years old, he developed an infection that shut down most of his organs, including is pancreas. Luckily he recovered but his pancreas never did, so he is now a T1 diabetic. His diabetes was well managed until about 3 years ago where he had a diabetic crisis. He recovered from that and has been doing well, up until 6 months ago. His blood sugars have been pretty erratic (consistently >350 or suddenly dropping <50). I have been getting a CGM put on him which helps prevent a crisis but I haven’t been able to figure out, with his vet, a regimen that works well for him. He’s on Purina Diabetic dry food (3/4ths of 1/4th a cup, 2x a day) and originally was on 2 units of lantus insulin, with food. His vet upped his dose to 3 units because his BG was running too high, but then it started dropping crazy low. We tried 3 units 30 minutes after eating, same issue. Tried going down to 2.5 units, with food, and his blood sugars are usually too high (>300) or will randomly drop (<100). His local vet recommended I go to a specialist, which I am in the process of scheduling an appointment, but there are long waitlists. Does anyone have any other suggestions about what to do, or any changes they can think of? He isn’t displaying any clinical symptoms: appetite, thirst, urination, energy are all great. It’s just his freaking blood sugars are erratic!

Anyway, any advice and help welcome, or honestly just good vibes / empathy. I am the only one of my friends with a chronically ill pet so it can be lonely and stressful at times.

look I’m not a sports person but I never claimed to be! this is the first time I’ve ever seen her post about sports let alone the Knicks (and I’ve been following since 2019). It’s so disingenuous how she just throws herself into whatever cultural phenomenon is popular at the moment.

How long ago did she and the ex break up? Three weeks max? Maybe a month? I really wish she would just…. turn her phone off and chill out. It seems bizarre to me to be going on dates so soon after a relationship that at first “devastated her” because of how much she loved him and then became “my evil shitty ex.” Like either way — if the ex was the love of her life or an evil monster, can she just chill out and readjust to being single? I wonder how long she’s gone between relationships — serial dater?

CC posted a bunch of TikTok’s about the past 8 months with her ex. Can someone please listen and summarize it? Her voice makes me insane so I am hoping someone else will fall on this sword for me.
