I just found some shrooms that I obtained maybe 6 years ago. They were ground, placed into a plastic baggie with desiccants, and then placed into a thermos packed with a clean towel. I misplaced them, and found them with my camping gear, so they have been cool, no light, minimal oxygen exposure. So... how much can I expect these to have degraded?

I taught for 7 years, before pivoting to a career in training and learning development. I am burned out and thinking about returning to teaching as it's the only job I have ever enjoyed. I hear horror stories of "kids today." Wondering if its worth it to return in this age of mass teacher migration out of teaching. I'm in Pennsylvania in the US, if that matters.
