Does anyone have a great orthodontist recommendation in Amsterdam? My dentist (Lassus) told me I should get Invisalign but the orthodontist they recommend (Apollo Tandartsen) gets terrible Google reviews, plus I found it a bit dirty when I had my consultation.
I looked online a bit already, but it’s hard to find anything that stands out, and I’d love to hear some personal experiences.
my mum has to have pretty serious eye surgery and now she won’t be able to fly or drive to our family holiday in Malaga, Spain.
she’s retired so she’s looking at options to get there from London via other transport methods. I thought maybe stopping in Paris and Barcelona might work, but does anyone have experience of the trains or this kind of itinerary?
I’m based in Amsterdam and can join her for part of the journey - maybe somewhere in France.
any ideas or tips much appreciated! it’s her only holiday of the year so she’d prioritize comfort over strict budget concerns.
has anyone else found week 3 way worse than the first two weeks of recovery?
I’ve had quite a smooth ride so far - mainly just feeling super exhausted and bored and a bit down - but I’m 16DPO and the past day or so have been the hardest.
my incisions feel way more sore, the boobs look Frankenstein-y and I’m feeling so exhausted. I’m not able to do much and I’m starting to feel really bloated and gross in my body too. it’s becoming a big challenge.
please tell me it gets better soon I’ve had enough.
