Help picking computer for college

Hi! Im a High school graduate currently signing up for an online graphic design course for college, problem is I dont have a laptop. I know like nothing about computers ive always been kind of bad with them and I need one that can run blender, adobe creative cloud, adobe photoshop, microsoft office, exel, powerpoint microsoft word, and many other things aswell as general classwork! A laptop would be preferred but idk if thats a possibility, Id also be interested in a stand alone drawing tablet (which are similar to computers just without a keyboard from my understanding) but idk again I have like noo experience in this feild, money is technically not an issue but Id like to keep it below 2k if possible!

I finally cut of my groomer(s)

After being groomed online since I think I was probably 9 years old maybe sooner its hard to remember sometimes. I finally today at 17 cut off all ties to everyone I knew previously online. I feel guilty and I kind of regret it but I sent the nastiest message I could think of to each of them before deleting all my accounts and anything else tying me to them so theres no chance of me going back, ive never really opened up about my experience and I kind of just wanted to be able to share this with someone.

Water freezing

Is there a command or something to stop water from freezing? Im in a super flat world and accidentally put quite a few hours into a build before realizing im in a (what I think) is a snowy taiga and all the water I place keeps freezing even with torches lanters glowstone and campfires near it idk what to do, I also tried planting kelp and seagrass but that didn't help either, I dont want to have to completely scrap my build and move to a new biome 😭

Graguated but still being asked to pick an elective.

So basically I have 21/21 credits, and I just got marked as graduated but its still prompting me to pick an elective and says I only have 4/5 completed even though I did 5 i think if algebra 2 counts, can I just ignore the prompt to pick another elective? Is that like just a glitch?? Am I done?? 😭

Missing credit?

I just finished Penn foster high-school, all of my assignments are graded, all classes are marked as completed, and I did all 5 electives but I only have 20/21 credits? Does this mean I didn't graduate? Am I not finished?? I got a short little "review your Penn foster high-school course tell us how we did" pop up but not like a "yay you graduated you're done heres your diploma" email or message. Idk Im really confused (Edit: I just counted and all my classes plus electives only equal 20 credits?? How am I meant to get the last credit if there are no more classes, I did them all and got passing grades on all of them??)
