What's the difference between eMedici basic sciences qbank around ~3600 questions and eMedici clinical qbank around ~5000 questions?

Is going through both necessary for AMC 1?

I'm 21M, 184cm, 104kg.

Cholesterol: 142 mg/dl
HDL: 30 mg/dl

The discouraging thing is that I've been on a diet for the past month and I weightlift regularly.
