Peptide transformation since March — looking for advice on where to go from here
Started my peptide journey back in March and wanted to share my progress and get some feedback from people with more experience.
Starting weight (March): 215 lbs
Current weight: \~185 lbs
Total lost: \~30 lbs 🔥
I lift heavy 3–4x/week and currently average around 1,800–2,000 calories/day with 150g+ protein.
I’ve always dealt with IBS, a lot of bloating, and what feels like quite a bit of inflammation. Getting my diet and training consistent has obviously been a huge part of the transformation, but I’ve also been experimenting with peptides throughout the process.
Current / planned stack
Currently:
Retatrutide — 2.5 mg
GHK-Cu — 1 mg
KPV — 1 mg
SS-31 — recently started
Tesamorelin — 1 mg
Next:
MOTS-c after SS-31
Epitalon after MOTS-c
Glutathione
Occasionally:
MT-1 — \~250 mcg
Semax intranasal — \~100 mcg
I take the peptides other than reta 5 days on / 2 days off.
I also took about a month off retatrutide in May while on vacation, then restarted.
Where I want to go from here
My main goal now is staying lean while transitioning into a proper muscle-building phase. I’d like to maintain the leanness I’ve achieved, gradually increase calories, and focus on putting on as much quality muscle/size as possible while keeping body fat under control.
I’m considering IGF-1 LR3 for a lean-bulk phase this winter, but I’m not committed to it and want to do more research before making that decision.
For anyone who’s gone through a similar transition from a cut into a lean bulk:
What would you change about my current approach? Anything you’d drop, add, or sequence differently?
I know a lot of these compounds are experimental, so I’m trying to approach this as objectively as possible.
