A routine mission turned into a nightmare!
The crew of this Junkers Ju 88C-6 launches an attack against an enemy transport convoy. After successfully dropping two colossal 1000 kg SC bombs, all hell breaks loose: two GAZ trucks with anti-aircraft artillery open fire. A direct hit destroys engine number 1, followed by another burst that tears apart the wings and causes a massive fuel leak.
With the aircraft severely damaged, the pilot decides to release the SC50 bombs and aborts the mission. But fate is relentless: the engine shuts down, the enormous Junkers Ju 88C-6 stalls at low altitude and crashes into the treetops... Until a sudden jump under the wing changes everything.

Was it just a nightmare?

Welcome to my first official multiplayer mission in IL-2 Sturmovik: Korea Series! What was supposed to be a routine attack mission turned into a 13-minute adrenaline-fueled nightmare.

No sooner had I taken off than an enemy P-80 surprised our base by dropping napalm on the hangars. After a relentless chase, I managed to catch and shoot it down. But the mission didn't end there: we headed for the enemy airfield, silenced the anti-aircraft artillery (AAA), destroyed the radar, and took out several vehicles.

The price to pay was high: an AAA hit ripped off my left elevator, the 37mm cannon cover, and punctured my fuel tank. With my plane mortally wounded, an F-86 Sabre was bearing down on me. The only way out? Full throttle, nose down, and risk it all in a life-or-death dogfight in the valleys. Don't miss the ending!

¡Attack mission on the edge! Perfect coordination and total destruction of the enemy railroad depots with the Bf110E-2 packed to the teeth (2xSC500Kg + 4xSC50Kg), plus its 2xMG 151/20mm cannons and 4x 7.92mm MG 17s.
-Mission accomplished, but the flight home becomes an absolute nightmare: my engine number 2 breaks down, I have to feather the propeller, and my wingman takes a direct AA artillery hit! Will we manage to land safely?

"In the end, pure skill at the controls of the Bf110G-2 and a timely warning from my gunner managed to put me right behind the agile Soviet fighter. A short, precise burst straight into the wing was the beginning of the end for the Yak-3.

Ubben carried out numerous ground and anti-shipping attacks until June 1941, when he and his unit participated in the invasion of Russia. On July 25, he achieved his 21st victory. In September, he was awarded the Knight's Cross for 32 aerial victories and the destruction of 26 aircraft and 15 armored vehicles on the ground. He was subsequently promoted to Hauptmann and became Gruppenkommandeur of III./JG 77.

One pilot. Zero visibility. The perfect ambush. Using the dense cloud cover as an infallible shield, the Fw190A-8 glided through the air undetected by patrolling aircraft and landed directly behind enemy lines. An attack on a Russian warehouse turned into a nightmare. With a Yak-9 tail-first hitting me, I tried one last escape tactic, releasing the explosive charge to catch it off guard. It dodged the bait, and I'm still in trouble. The retreat is getting complicated!

A precision strike that nearly ended in disaster. As the sky blazed in a massive dogfight, my Bf 110G-2 slipped through the shadows to strike at the heart of the enemy supply line.

But the glory was short-lived: a Russian P-39 Airacobra appeared out of nowhere. The only way out? Fly low to the ground, dodging trees to disappear. Pure adrenaline!
