I wanna be rambo and make a build that has huge uptime on the gauge that makes you rapid fire a ton of shots lol. What gear should I grab first? Lots of youtube guides are old and I know the weapon has had some changes so idk if I should bother with those.

on call doctor is taking a while to get back to me. i sprayed a little bit of saline in my nose to kinda moisten it up. im afraid of spraying too much though because i dont wanna mess up the stent or whatever it's called they put inside my nose.

whats the correct thing to do here? keep spraying saline until all the crusties come out?

I noticed i was automatically switching from mouth breathing to nostril breathing as i was falling asleep. i kept waking up to stop myself. eventually i thought it was a good idea to block my nostrils with tissues to stop it, but that didnt last long before i got the feeling it was a bad idea and asked chat gpt and it said not to do that. thoughts, advice? thanks
