Help!! Pain, lumps, etc.

Desperate for some tips. I’m away from my 15 month old for the first time. I stopped pumping at 13 months and have been continuing to nurse in the last two months.. left yesterday morning for four day work trip and just woke up in the middle of the night in my hotel room with my left breast (always the performer) huge and hard as a rock with painful lumps. I went to the bathroom and expressed as much as I could in the bathroom sink, but it just keeps coming out and coming out.. took some Advil as well. Is there anything else I can be doing or should I just keep hand expressing as much as I can?

Basically the situation below, but we don’t want her to go to a shelter.

We are looking to rehome our dog to the right, experienced home. She is a loving, people-oriented dog who has always been great with us and enjoys attention, companionship, and staying active. She loves going on walks and does especially well when she gets regular exercise.

However, she has shown serious issues with other animals. She has gotten into fights with our other dog, including incidents that we would consider attacks. While these situations are not constant, they are unpredictable and have become a major concern, especially now that we have a baby in the home. She has also previously snapped at our cat.

She is currently on fluoxetine (commonly known as Prozac) as part of managing her behavior.

Because of this, she must be the only pet in the home. We are looking for an adopter with experience handling reactive or behaviorally complex dogs who can provide structure, consistency, and regular exercise. She thrives with people but needs an environment where she can feel secure without other animals around.

This has been a very difficult decision for us, and our priority is finding her a safe, stable, and appropriate home where she can succeed.

Well that’s not exactly true because I solo parent most week nights after I’m off work, but it is one great option I now have in my arsenal. 15 month old has eaten his weight in this two weeks in a row!
