So I had put up another post on topic of what to do to clear your name from detention list. I have done everything like submitting a representation with medical shi.

After all of that

On 14th I have my exam on the subject I was detained and since the final detention list is not out yet my prof is saying you gotta submit a letter to supritendent or you won't be able to write the exam

how I think it happened :
i was using my laptop and suddenly (windows ran into some problem came and restarted the laptop) after that crash i have not been able to get output audio through speakers.
I have tried updating the drivers, uninstalling them, switching output devices.
i can hear audio through Bluetooth devices though.
what do you think its a hardware issue or something else.
and is there any way to fix this :(
