I used urge to smoke cigarettes so I could provrastinate. I was making constant breaks to delay doing boring tasks. In college I used to smoke "just one more" ten times in arow before I start studying, later wheni started to work I even got fired because I was making smoking breaks every 15 minutes.

later I started my own business so it was easier I smoked while i was workinga and on my coffee breaks.

I decided to quit smoking a year ago, so I started doing some research and I found somone posted this book

I also used the tipps from the book to overcome procrastination.

Book is easy to read, short. Lots of practical examples. maybe somone can use it.
