sleep priority

just asking how important sleep is. i’m 19 an get around 5-6 hours and rarely over 7. is this significantly affecting my workouts and recovery or is it not that serious.

am i missing anything with this split. legs is light cause im off an injury.

Upper
Incline DB - 2
Lat pulldown - 2
chest flies - 2
Rows - 2
Lat raise - 2
tricep extension - 2
bicep curl - 2
ab machine-2

Lower
Leg press - 2
Hamstring Curl - 2
Leg extension - 2
calf raises-2
rear delt flies - 2 (would face pulls be better here?)
back extension (LB)- 2

so i was gonna cut to around 15ish% and try to get abs. i realized i might be too small rn. been working out 2 years but with some gaps. i think id have to get to 130-135 and that may be too small. so whats better for me rn.

option 1. start the cut and try to get around that weight by august and then bulk in fall till march or sum to have better abs next year.

option 2. bulk now till December or so and then start cut earlier maybe january and then have a better base and not deal with the time wasted or muscle lost.

or 3. do y’all think i can have decent abs by august and then just lean bulk and maintain themtill next summer and do a mini cut to get excess fat off

i really wanna be lean and see the work i’ve put it but i just don’t wanna waste 4-6 months not building much muscle and to only look skinny and small.

just realized i’ve done no direct trap work in my 3 years of lifting. i just noticed how i unbalanced with how my delts are so much bigger than my traps and it looks odd.

i wanted to ask if newbie gains or the ability to quickly grow and increase strength in the muscles apply.

havnt been going gym consistently but, gonna now that schools over.

gonna be my first cut since starting (2 years ago on and off) and just want to know how achievable it’s gonna be to get abs this summer. i do work them and they are strong. just can’t see yet. also a BF% guess. anything to work on?

and what weigh should i try to be by August-ish for defined abs, was thinking low 140’s. may not be enough tho.
