Any tips for magnetizing and building up the defiler?
I currently have pretty small magnets and fear that they might be too weak. What magnets did you use if you magnetized your Defiler(s)?

I have some questions and hope that you might have answers.
Context: I am relatively new to Warhammer as a Tabletop Game, I played DoW I, Space Marine II and some other games. Starting in March this Year I got my first ever miniatures and now want to build/play casually with a friend of mine.
Question 1: Is this an acceptable list for some casual play?

Question 2: How do you all view the topic of proxying minis? Like using Horus Heresy models as Chaos Units with less mutations and so on. I already have spoken to my friend and he'd be ok with it. So I wanted to gather some information about other Iron Warriors fans on this topic.

Sooo hazard stripes...
I like the aesthetic of the stripes... but I don't think that I want to put them on all my marines.
I'm currently painting and proxying some HH MKII Space Marines to be used in my first ever army (obviously Iron Warriors) to be Legionaries. So I think that I'll make 75% of my units with stripes and 25% without.
So I have a question. Do all Iron Warriors have the hazard stripes or are there some without. Every source material I seek out only shows them with the stripes but I highly doubt that ALL Iron Warriors have them. Is there an in lore showcase?
