Hi, I’m a beginner and started cycling a few months back, I have a hybrid and recently I rode for almost 20km for the first time.

During that ride, I crossed a flyover (Naata Khan bridge, if you’re from Karachi) which is not very steep but I really struggled climbing, I think I was not expecting the amount of effort it would take.

So on my way back, I completely avoided the Wireless Gate flyover which is actually steep and I thought I won’t be able to do it.

Do you guys go on flyovers or avoid, especially if there is enough traffic?

A dearest friend of mine has been through a lot in her life and I want to help her somehow.

I thought there has to be something she likes to do, that would help her being distracted from all the worries and negativity, but I realised she has no clue what she wants to do apart from work, no hobbies, no interests at all.

So I thought we could make a list of things that she can try, and we might find something for her.

I tried to google it but internet straight up suggests things like painting, hiking, crocheting, that are either not practical or require effort.

What I’m looking for is something small, low-effort, and maybe specific to Pakistanis or desi culture.

So my question is - as a girl, what are the small things/routine that you look forward to, that makes you happy?

Any tips and tricks to tackle the heat? I'm so done this summer..

I just got to know about British Council Library, it seems decent, but is it actually good?

And most importantly, do they have a collection that regular readers actually like?

I’d really love a place where I can go and read, or maybe borrow if I like something.

I find it very difficult to say that I have social anxiety. I can't even mention the word, it doesn't come out of my mouth even if I try. It feels like they are not gonna take it seriously and will laugh at me, or won't understand that this is an issue.

Right now, this social anxiety is affecting my work life really badly, and I don't know how to communicate it.
