Kawai CA701 vs Novus NV12 for advanced repertoire

I don't care about appearance, speakers, software, etc. All I want is a piano that feels like a grand piano so that practice on it isn't wasted. An acoustic grand is not an option in my apartment, but I don't want to go to a practice room every day.

I could buy a CA701 for £2,400 or an NV12 for £14,000. This is an enormous difference in price and it's unclear to me if it's actually justified for a practice piano.

Is it possible to play advanced repertoire on the CA701 in the same way that you would play it on an acoustic grand, or is it necessary to make adjustments to account for the non-hybrid action?

What's the worst that could happen if I install a heat pump on my balcony?

Without air conditioning, my flat is 30+ degrees throughout the entire summer. I use portable split air conditioners, but they are a louder, less efficient, and less convenient solution than a real mini split would be.

I have a balcony on the top floor on which I could easily hide the external unit, but it seems extremely unlikely that I would get freeholder and council permission to install air conditioning in a Grade II* listed building.

To avoid being told no, my options are to either get water-cooled air conditioning (which I would rather not do due to the wasted water, size, and noise) or install a heat pump without permission. I don't want to do this without understanding what I am risking, however, and I have had trouble determining the worst case scenario.

I install a heat pump, someone notices and tells the council and/or freeholder. The freeholder and/or council refuse retrospective permission. I have to remove the system and patch the hole. Is that it, or is there more at stake? Has anyone gone this route?

How is the soundproofing in Park Hill?

Every building I've lived in has had terrible noise insulation, including new builds. Does the concrete construction in Park Hill make a difference, or can you still hear your neighbours when they drag furniture around, slam doors, yell, play drums, etc.?

Is there a complete 40 volume set without notes currently in print?

I'm looking for a set that just has the plays individually without the notes/introductions/commentary. Basically Arden's complete works except in readable individual volumes instead of a cumbersome tome.

I know that some editions have the notes on a separate page, but I just want the plays themselves. I think there might be some older sets like this (maybe Folio Society, New Temple, Red Letter, Yale, though it's difficult to confirm), but I haven't found anything that's currently in print. Even fine presses do a dozen plays per volume now.

Is there any publisher that makes something like this? If not, does anyone know which of the older complete sets were like this?
