1 bedroom = 100k, 2 bedroom in the same building= 200k (BGC btw), and both are some mediocre builds. So 1 more bedroom equals double the rent?? oh boy.

Then the "buy one get one". Its just buying two that are taped together fir the price of TWO, Id rather just buy ONE not two.

I have understood that what the philippines actually offers(to those interested) over America and hcol countries in Europe is a bigger bottom for lower end rentals. Although tge u.s. offers cheaper places to live, nobody wants to live in poor white rurals places or these poverished areas in the cities in the ghettos.

BUT hey, lets get a condo surrounded by slums. its only $200 a month and we get to eat out everyday🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

By far one of the most beautiful watches from China(imo)

Ixdao Warrior Black Enamel

Just pure simplicity. The case is beautiful. The finish is amazing. The crystal amazing. The dial, obsidian beauty.

I remember when I fist saw it I was like "ehhh", but after having a previous vereion in hand I figured it is more beautiful in person.

This is by far my most worn. I was searching high and low for a black enamel for months and was going to get an aqua terra. Got this instead and I feel like a kid everytime I grab it to wear it.

I wish they would do a white or cream enamel with without the blue indices.

Ixdao is a perfect example of find what works and sticking with it. How quickly have they stepped out of their own shadow. Shipping speed sucks though haha.
