Why we need stability and hope
In situations like this when it comes to a point where you have to find (more) ways to milk money out of your customers in order to survive, I think the choice is to not. My customers do not deserve that.
In the analogy of struggling to motor upstream against an ever increasing current, it is time to save what little gas is left and shut it down. Not all of us can drive ourselves into debt and use bankruptcy as a safety net. Or, quit and leave the shit for the investors to absorb.
If you voted for this, well know that you've brought my career to a sad ending. I do not appreciate the forced retirement. let alone the feeling that all I have worked for, my passions, have all been for naught.
That said, we are going to hold on in support of our customers for as long as it is humanely possible. Still it won't last long enough to see us dig out of this hole. It will surely deplete my retirement nest egg.
