My 4L Tracklist Remake... Did I Cook?
Used both 4L songs and Up 2 Me [V1] that were pre-4L

Am I the only one who thinks this? I love these songs, don’t get me wrong, but are New Turban, Way Back, and Luv Money really that "geeky"? I mean, Dub, Hater, and No Comment aren’t the craziest songs either, but they still fit the vibe somewhat.
I don’t know, I just feel like he could’ve saved some of the craziest songs for the deluxe. D.I.E., TF Up, Lamb Talk, and Still Countin could’ve easily been on it. Dnt Lie fits too with that geeky, crazy sound.
I also think Way Back should’ve been the final song on the non deluxe version, since this is really his only project without a proper finale
I am sick of seeing people call others "fake fans" because they prefer "TikTok songs" to lesser popular ones.
No offense yall, but songs usually blow up on TikTok because they are good. Not saying songs that don't blow up on TikTok aren't good/can't be better. But, I feel like on average they are slightly worse
Giving a song an 8/10 or higher used to actually mean something.
Obviously as Yeat fans we’re probably going to rate his music higher on average than someone who doesn’t listen to him. That’s completely normal. But if you’re giving every single song a 9/10 or 10/10, then your rating scale basically becomes meaningless.
A 10/10 (100%) is supposed to represent PERFECTION! a song that, in your opinion, could not changed/improved in ANY way because it’s already as good as it can be. An 8 or 9 should also represent something genuinely exceptional, not just “I like this song.”
So when someone rates half of every Yeat project a 10/10, I don't take their opinions seriously. If almost everything is “perfect,” then nothing actually stands out as perfect. There has to be some level of criticism and differentiation for ratings to mean anything in the first place.
Might have missed a few lesser important songs but I have everything I enjoy
Average doesn't mean "bad" it's just nothing crazy for Yeats standards.
Good is like "Oh, thats a good song"
I should post this on TikTok too because I see people on there calling Double and Twizzy Rich "underrated"
Also, how many songs are going to be on it? (4 like Trendi or 11/12 like Lyfe/DS)
I see people call songs like:
"4L songs" all the time when they are labelled "Up 2 Më [V1]". I understand that they were made at the same time as 4L but they are Up 2 Më songs at the end of the day
I constantly see people ranking his albums and giving multiple projects a 10/10. To me, that makes absolutely no sense. A 10/10 is supposed to mean that an album is flawless from beginning to end. For something to be a 10/10, it has to be PERFECT. No skips, No bad features, Bad Beats. Everything from start to end is as good as it can be.
Lyfë and Dangerous Summer are probably closest to being "perfect" because they are shorter. But even then I don't think those are that close.
Every Yeat project has weak songs. Not saying like 0/10 bad but like 6/10 or 7/10 songs. Bak on em is a great example of a 6/10 song. Call me on 2 Alive is also an example of a below-average song. Now isn't good. Psychocainë isnt the best.
Think of it like taking a test. A teacher grades every question individually. If you receive a 9/10 on even one section, you no longer have a perfect score. It does not matter how well you answered the other questions.
If you call an album perfect, you are essentially saying that every single song deserves a 10/10. And if you say some stupid shit like that then I really don't take you seriously as a Yeat fan.
for yall that don't know:
Told Ya (Uppercase Ya) is the Unreleased one
Told ya (Lowercase ya) is the Released one
#yeatducation
He still has plenty of material to work with
Some questions to think about:
How well has this project aged?
Do you think the hate was overblown, or was the criticism fair?
Do you still think it was too repetitive, or did the sound grow on you over time?
What songs would you cut if the album was shorter?
Would you replace any songs with unreleased?
Do you think TURNMEUP or HelimAn should have been on the project?
Where would you rank it in Yeat’s discography now?
