Compression stockings

Has anyone tried a non medication route with compression stockings?

I have had really bad side effects from medication so I don’t want medication for my condition. My cardiologist wrote me a prescription for compression stockings as I read it could help. Has anyone tried it? What’s your experience? Where did you buy it?

Your go to order?

What is your go to order?

Mine used to be a large with 4 oat milks but recently I switched it to a large 3 oat milks and espresso foam. It’s my favourite concoction.
It’s around $3.40 and i feel caffeinated enough from drinking it.
My coworker said she gets a red eye ice Capp but my drink sounds good so she’ll try it.

Do you have any special go to orders from Tim’s.

Game recommendations?

I grew up pretty poor and last year my old coworker gave me his switch lite for free. It had really helped with my CPTSD symptoms as it calms me down. It’s a nice way to mindlessly play.

It was one of the sweetest things anyone has done for me. 3 years ago I went through the worst time in my life. I’m still healing but moments of kindness like that is more common. Gaming has helped a lot with my motor skills too.

Are there any games you recommend? I really like kingdom hearts. Mario. Etc..

But I’m open to many different genres.

Litter

How much litter do you go through?
Which litter do you use?
I use naturally fresh, exquisite and sometimes other ones on sale like the tofu ones. I’ve played around but I mainly use naturally fresh cause of the price.

Appeal hearing?

My appeal hearing is scheduled for next week. I have CPTSD, depression, OCD, panic attacks and bipolar. Does anyone have any information on the appeal process? How does the hearing go?

I have been fighting my case since last year May. I was homeless 3 years ago and started my application 2 years ago. I recently got diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension after I suspected POTS. I’m so angry at how long I’ve suffered for, I worked the whole time I was homeless but the last year and a half I can only work minimally, I physically and mentally cannot do more. My cardiologist referred me to a rheumatologist to check for autoimmune and referred me to the EDS clinic for testing.

Idk how the appeal hearing goes. I will call in tomorrow I got a letter last week that they got my evidence and I’ll hear a response 10 days before the hearing but it’s already a week away. I’m so sick and have coat hanger syndrome pain, chronic fatigue, and IBS. I’m so burnt out and need to focus on my health but the lack of financial support is really deteriorating my health. I’m so lost and I’m so frustrated. I have several mental health disorders but CPTSD is the hardest one to manage. I got abused badly when I was unhoused and I think about it daily. I want to do EMDR but cannot do it as it costs money. My friends helped me out so much when I was unhoused, I worked the entire time which made me very sick and malnourished.

It’s taken so much time not to feel hot flashes, I still get dizzy and feel nauseous occasionally. I’ve been complying to everything but the lack of access to resources is preventing me from gaining stability. I have noticeable symptoms, I was told since I was 20 to apply, I’m now 30, I’ve had psychiatric care since 15, I was prescribed a shit ton of meds that have given me long lasting effects. It sucks im having difficulties even accessing approved disability for 2 years and then review. I don’t want to be this way. I’ve suffered a lot. I’ll probably delete this but I’m not even sure what I’m going to do next week, I’ve never applied for this stuff before and the entire thing has taken a long time to wait, a lot of paperwork. I got approved for DTC easily but odsp has been difficult. I have daily nightmares. I have extremely noticeable PTSD symptoms, I feel like they penalize you for not causing issues. I’m really trying, my own dr said he has patients with less severe symptoms and disorders who recieve odsp but for me particularly it’s been hell. I know others are experiencing this but I know so many people who don’t want to get better who never want to work. I don’t have any time or energy to take care of my physical health.
