is anyone else curious about this whole vegan PDRN trend?

i've been seeing vegan PDRN everywhere lately, so i finally picked up one of the nykaa vegan PDRN masks to see what the hype was about
from what i read, vegan PDRN is supposed to help with hydration, support the skin barrier, and make your skin look a little more plump. i wasn't expecting much from a sheet mask, but my skin actually felt softer and looked less tired the next morning
i know one use isn't enough to judge an ingredient, but now i'm tempted to try more products with vegan PDRN.
has anyone been using it regularly? does it actually make a difference over time or is it mostly an instant hydration thing?

Do announcements like PepsiCo's new Ujjain plant have any meaningful impact on listed Indian stocks?

I was reading about PepsiCo's new flavour manufacturing facility in Ujjain and it got me thinking.

Since PepsiCo itself isn't listed in India, do investments like this have any impact on Indian-listed companies? Would companies like Varun Beverages benefit from such expansion in future, or is this largely irrelevant from a stock market perspective?

Curious how experienced investors look at news like this.

Okay wtf? How did i not know this was happening

Was just casually going through stories and suddenly saw karan aujla linked to this one8 global premiere thing in delhi on 21st and i had to double check because it didn’t feel like a usual announcement at all i think because from what i understood it’s not just a performance scene, he’s somehow more involved with whatever they’re building there which makes it kinda interesting

also because the goat virat kohli will be there too
kinda stoked id love to cop tickets for this😭

I spent 14 months building a product nobody wanted because I ignored one thing [i will not promote]

About 3 years ago, I was building a B2B workflow automation product. For 14 months, my entire focus was on building
Every week we shipped new features. Every month we added something else. I was convinced that if we just kept improving the product, growth would eventually come
It didn't
We got some users, a few demos, some trial signups. But nobody was excited
The painful realization came when I finally started looking closely at competitors. What shocked me wasn't that they had better products. It was that they understood customer problems better
Their messaging was clearer. Their onboarding was simpler. Their positioning made more sense. They were solving the same problem we were trying to solve, but in a way customers could actually understand
Meanwhile I was sitting in my own bubble building features nobody had asked for
I genuinely think I spent over a year optimizing the wrong things simply because I never spent enough time understanding what was happening around me.
Looking back, competitor analysis would've saved me months of wasted effort
Curious if anyone else has had a similar realization after building for too long without looking outside

I didn’t expect my most complimented wedding outfit in Toronto to be Indian wear

I mostly wear neutral western outfits in daily life so every time there’s a family wedding I suddenly remember I have absolutely no idea what my “ethnic wear personality” is supposed to be
My friend had her reception here in Toronto last weekend and I spent an embarrassing amount of time debating whether to just wear a simple black dress and avoid the stress entirely
The problem is Indian weddings here somehow feel more dressed up than regular formal events. Everyone puts real effort into outfits and if you underdress even slightly you notice it immediately in photos later
I ended up wearing an Indo western outfit my mom convinced me to order three weeks ago from House of indya and honestly I’m glad she pushed me because once I got there I realized literally everyone had gone all out
What surprised me most was how many people mixed Indian and western styling instead of doing super traditional looks. It actually felt way easier to wear than I expected too
A couple of non-Indian guests even asked me about the outfit because they said they don’t usually see silhouettes like that at weddings here

Now I fully understand why people say desi weddings abroad become entire fashion events
