So I'm 5'2 / 158 cm tall 20F
I weigh 116-118 lbs ( it keeps fluctuating )
Which makes my BMI to be 21.
Now when I tell you I look utterly overweight for my weight i am not kidding, this isn't body dysmorphia this is truth. I've had people guess my weight to be 135-140+
Now i don't have a problem with 140, it's a perfect weight but it's BMI 25 at my height which comes under borderline overweight.
The thing is why do i look so fat when I am so light? I'm generally over this bs.
I used to be 132 lbs a year ago and I came down to 116 last yr only and since the start of this year I haven't had any motivation to be in a diet or anything but just 5 days ago I had a friend say you're not even fat, what do u weigh, like 140? don't worry!
And I'm like..i don't..i weigh 24 pounds lighter 😭😭😭😭😭 (this is the 4th time someone has mistaken me for 140)
I'M EXHAUSTED WHY DO I LOOK LIKE THIS? it's really affecting my mental health
