Je me demande donc :

Ce décalage est-il normal dans certains protocoles ?

Est-ce fréquent de déplacer un transfert pour des raisons d’organisation ?

Ou est-ce que la synchronisation risque réellement d’être impactée ?

Merci d’avance pour vos retours.

IVF cycle timing question – embryo transfer moved earlier than expected (D5 transfer)

Hello,

I’m currently going through an IVF cycle and I’m looking for outside perspectives because I’m a bit confused about how my cycle timing is being managed.

To summarize briefly:

Ovitrelle trigger done on July 5th at 8:00 PM

Blood test that morning: LH 23, progesterone 2.2, estradiol 665

Ultrasound: leading follicle 18.4 mm, no clear ovulation yet

Based on my understanding, my day 5 embryo transfer was initially scheduled around July 12th.

However, the clinic (IVI Madrid) informed me that the transfer could actually be done on Friday July 10th.

From what I understand, this change is mainly related to their organization (weekend scheduling), but it no longer matches what I thought the typical timing should be for a day 5 transfer after trigger.

So I’m wondering:

Is this kind of timing shift normal in some protocols?

Is it common for clinics to adjust transfer dates for logistical reasons?

Or could this potentially affect the synchronization of the endometrium?

Thank you in advance for any insights.

Endometrial thickness drop: 11 mm (natural cycle) 2024→ 9 mm (medicated IVF cycle) juin 2026→ 6 mm (current natural cycle) juillet 2026 after IVF journey + hysteroscopies — experiences?

Hello,

I am 38 years old and currently undergoing fertility treatment (IVF/PMA).

In 2024 (at age 36), during a natural cycle, my endometrium reached 11 mm at ovulation.

Since then:

IVF termination at 12 weeks in May 2025 due to trisomy

Followed by retained trophoblastic tissue

Two hysteroscopies (August 2025 and May 2026), uterine cavity reported as normal

IVF history:

Frozen embryo transfer of a euploid embryo in a medicated (hormone replacement) cycle:

Endometrium: 9 mm

Estradiol: ~1900 pg/mL

Result: unsuccessful

Current cycle (natural cycle):

Day 10: endometrium 6 mm

Estradiol: 256 pg/mL

My question:

I am trying to understand the significant difference between:

11 mm in a previous natural cycle

9 mm in a medicated IVF cycle

6 mm in my current natural cycle

Is this kind of variation normal between cycles, or could it be related to my medical history (IVF treatments, hysteroscopies, pregnancy loss, etc.)?

Failed implantation of a euploid embryo – borderline immune blood test results, need help understanding

Hello,

I recently had a failed implantation of a good-quality euploid embryo. I’ve done some immune-related blood tests, and I’m trying to understand the results.

Some of my values are at the borderline range, and I’m not sure what that means in terms of implantation failure.

Could anyone help me interpret these results or share if you’ve had similar experiences?

Thank you in advance for your help.

How to thicken the endometrium in a natural cycle? Any tips?

I’m preparing for a transfer in a modified natural cycle.

I’m looking for experiences: have any of you managed to thicken your endometrium before transfer?

Any supplements, diet changes, or other small things that helped?

Thank you so much for your replies 🙏💛

Euploid Embryo Transfer Failure – Experiences Needed

Hello,

I had a failed frozen embryo transfer (FET) with a high-quality euploid embryo that was starting to hatch. Unfortunately, the transfer resulted in a negative pregnancy test, with no implantation.

The transfer was done in a hormone replacement cycle. On the day of transfer:

- Endometrial lining: 9 mm

- Progesterone: 11.2

- Estradiol: 1960

I do not have endometriosis, and I had a hysteroscopy before the transfer, which was normal.

Before my next transfer, what avenues would you recommend exploring? Have any of you experienced a failed transfer with a euploid embryo, and if so, what tests or protocol changes helped you achieve implantation afterward?

I am considering tests such as ERA, EMMA, ALICE, screening for chronic endometritis, MatriceLab, immune testing, or any other investigations, but I am unsure what would be most relevant in my situation.

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences and advice.

Hello,

I would really appreciate your feedback / shared experiences 🙏

I am preparing for an embryo transfer on a natural cycle, and my periods are very different from usual…

They started on May 2nd but were very light, still light on May 3rd, and today there is almost nothing.

Normally, my periods are heavier and last about 3 days (I usually change around 2 pads per day).

Has anyone experienced much lighter periods than usual in this context?

Did it have any impact on your endometrium, ovulation, or transfer process?

Thank you so much for your replies 💛
