I'm drying to decide on which to get the V5 or the A9 I'm getting it with the Crss12's besides the crossfader what is the difference how's the sound on each? also I dj with the volume faders and I play open format Latin, hip hop, a little house etc. any info from anyone that has had experience with these?
I ordered a Fold 8 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, trading in my Fold 7 and an older Galaxy Watch. Samsung only gave me one shipping label, so I sent both devices in the same box.
The box was delivered to Samsung on August 12. Samsung acknowledged receiving the watch, but still hasn’t marked the Fold 7 as received. Support reps have reviewed video of the package being received by the trade-in department.
Now I’ve received an email saying my device will be disabled in 14 days unless I pay $1,200. I’ve contacted support and have screenshots of the conversations, but the phone’s trade-in status still hasn’t been corrected.
Has anyone had Samsung acknowledge one trade-in but claim the other device was missing from the same box? How did you get it resolved?
