Seriously considering jumping from a pretty well sorted Klr to a T7. I’m Aussie, so I’m going to stump up for the Safari Rally tank. What other mods would you consider mandatory for a long distance/remote location build?

As per title. Outback travel/explore. I’ll likely go with soft luggage, but would like to hear from others what they would do if starting from a blank slate? I’ll start with the Raid version. Also? I’ve tinnitus, so touring screen advice would be useful? Build will be oriented towards ‘week’ long trips with camping gear. This is a twin track/open dirt tourer I have in mind, so advice from those who have kitted one up for similar would be great?

Is Lowrance producing a through hull system that I could use for ‘scout’ mode for a large displacement vessel? Think 55ft. I know I can have side scan, twin transducers, but is there anything in production that gives the ‘forward’ view?
