Just did my injection wrong, do I need to seek medical attention?

I've been on HRT a little over a month now and just did my weekly estradiol shot how I usually do it.

This time was different though. It was much more painful than normal, and when I pulled the needle out a lot of blood started streaming out immediately. It stopped just as fast as it started, and I cleaned it up with an alcohol wipe.

It's incredibly sore now though and I got really woozy before making this post. Almost called 911 because I felt like I was going to pass out, but then my parents would find out I'm on HRT if I called it.

What should I do? Has anyone else messed up their injection before?
