Cancellation Email Advice

I've been using Amiami for 5 years with pretty frequent orders (generally at least something each month) but unfortunately had to request a cancellation on an invoiced order that was split and shipping became a bit too much for comfort.

CS was very nice to allow for a one time cancellation after invoice, however the email I received seems to state that I can no longer cancel on non-invoiced items as well.

I know a lot of people report having no issues with pre-invoice cancellations, however I'm concerned that this one instance of requesting on an invoiced order means I'm permanently unable to remove items in advance now. Has anyone encountered a similar case to reassure or confirm my fears?

I don't foresee needing to cancel anything, but having the ability in emergencies was nice to know was there.

Email below:

"Thank you for shopping at AmiAmi.

Please understand that cancellations of items before they are invoiced also have a negative impact on your account standing.

As a courtesy this time we have now canceled the requested items/orders from your account, please note however that we will not be able to accept any more cancellations from your account, and if your purchase history does not improve after this, then your account may also be at risk of being permanently closed if you have any more cancellations or unpaid orders on your account.

Please be more careful when placing your orders in the future.
AmiAmi"

Refund Not Received After Two Additional Resend Requests

Possible long shot, but I'm not sure what next steps to take after two rounds of being told "we resent your refund or information on next steps - wait six more weeks"

IRS checker states the initial refund was sent April 24th 2026 by mail (we requested digital, but this was the first year filing married, joint, and it seems the combined pushed us into "mail only" territory)

Called every number we could find after the six weeks and on June 10th 2026, we got in contact with the Taxpayer Advocate Service who stated that the refund would be resent or we would receive information on next steps if the payment was misplaced/cashed out in transit. I assumed we'd get the latter from the agent's responses to my questions on the process.

Tried again to at least check in on the status this week and was told that they would mail out the refund or information and to wait six more weeks since we didn't receive the second one. Both times, our information was confirmed so it should not have been sent to a wrong address.

Anyone else experience similar and find a way out of this loop or have advice on other routes that we can take to at least get some insight into where the issue is? Thank you so much!
