Hormagaunt Vs bladeguard veteran my kid built himself this morning. I was impressed
I want to set up a drip irrigation system in my garden - does anyone know where I can buy individual components in an actual shop? I was told B&Q used to do this but their website only seems to list a 'kit'
First photo is inspiration from Southern France. Later three show current structure. The black piece is box section steel.
We have this strange structure affixed to the back of our house. Our garden is small, but south facing. I had the idea of removing the tiles over the verandah section (obviously leaving those over the little extension bit) and turning that area into more of a pergola. I'm aware I'd need to weatherproof the bits that are left exposed, I assume flashing over the edge of remaining tile above the back door, but it's the unknown unknowns here I'm really looking for - what won't I have thought of that might make this more than a simple DIY task?
I got this at a recent show, wasn't looking for one but it stood out to me and seemed a really good price (£75). I'm happy!
My local summer show had these two gorgeous elms on display, one English, the other Chinese. Apologies for the poor lighting - my one criticism of the show!
Just completed this bonsai bench on the weekend, 90% made from offcuts of a fence we just had made in our garden. This has the added benefit of making it blend well in the garden
