Hello, fellow espresso drinkers,
I Just bought my first espresso machine with a built in grinder on it. I’m definitely a newbie to this type of machine. It also has a steamer/frother on it. So before this i've only owned a nespresso vertuo machine. I'm from Southern michigan for reference. I’m looking for reccommendations on Some good reasonably priced espresso beans. I like medium/dark roast coffee, I love a strong smelling tasting coffee, so if you have any favorite flavors or favorite brands, Please share and I’m welcome to any tips. Thank you :)

Okay so for background and context I’m 31(F) my husband is 32(M) and he has been best friends with this guy we will call him Allen for his whole life pretty much and they talk often. If they just talked for like 20 minutes a couple times a week or honestly even daily I don’t think it would bother me like it does now. But this is the problem for me, so this guy will call my husband every day and they talk for like 2 hours sometimes even 3 hours at a time. Sometimes it’s multiple calls a day. They talk about worldly shit and like theory stuff about life and space and just other worldly stuff. It’s really been starting to irritate me because I will just be home with him while he’s on the phone with Allen for hours and Its really starting to irk me. So please people am I the asshole if I were to tell him I’m sick of him talking to him so much and to stop?

Edit: yes this is after we get home from work at about 4-4:30 everyday and both go to sleep around 11 pm
And this is kind of new. They stopped talking for years before we got married and started talking again a couple years ago and it’s now usually daily. And he’s on the phone with him right now actually lol. By worldly and other worldly topics I meant they talk about both but usually about space and energy/black holes/dark matter kind of stuff.
