Should I build a life in Soo?

Hello all! I'm a 28M. I've been saving up for a starter modest house and planning to buy one here. My lender has approved me for a 200k house but I don't think I will stay in Soo for the rest of my life. Since I'm still single and don't know when I can get my own family, a starter house idea sounds attractive. My plan is simple, buy a house, live a single life until marriage, then we can decide to continue to stay or move somewhere else. The house can act as a rental place if we want work/live in other places. Does my plan sound too reckless? I feel like I don't actually have any plan at all lol. Thanks for reading.

Coworker agreed to a date, but hasn’t replied to scheduling text. Should I just wait?

A coworker found out I was interested in her through another coworker. She gave me her number, agreed enthusiastically to go to a cat café after her vacation, and we exchanged a few friendly texts while she was away.

After she came back, I texted asking what day would work for the café. It’s been over a couple of days and she hasn’t replied yet. We work in the same building but different departments. I don’t want to double-text or go out of my way to approach her at work just to get an answer. If we naturally cross paths, I plan to greet her normally.

I have very little dating experience and tend to overthink uncertainty. Does waiting and letting her make the next move sound reasonable, or should I have suggested a specific day instead?
