Did South East Fresno lose corperated status?

Usually 311 is pretty on the ball when I would submit a request for abandoned cars on the street or a dead cat or dog. In May I sent a request for a burned out street light and they said it will take 6 months to be resolved since it isn't a department priority.

Last Friday a cat died on my neighbor's airBnB street parcel in front of their driveway dip. I submitted a request on Saturday but for some reason the website refers to two different animal services so I submitted for both. My 311 ticket is still open and the other one says the address is in an incorporated part of Fresno.

Did the Butler and Orange st. area recently become a county?

A zone I edited to 0 hr 0min 0sec on the upcoming run, sprayed for 5 hours

Earlier in the day I noticed a sprinkler body detached from the line, but my neighbors's tree roots made it tough to expand the hole to replace the connection; it got too hot so I paused working for the next day.

Before going to bed I remembered the upcoming scheduled so I wanted to pause that zone while the rest proceed. There isn't an option to exclude a zone so I edited the zone to 0hr 0min 0sec and went to bed, woke up 5 hours later and looked out to see a flood on the side of the back yard and saw on the app that it was still running and it was going to go for 8 hours.

My water bill is going to be massive...

A nail trimmer for black nails

Usually can see quills with white nails, but not sure how to find them on dark nails on Mr. Pooch.

This sweet boy scared his vet by taking off the clinic's muzzle

He was getting his ears checked but he didn't like that, so now I need to get him a muzzle and train him to wear it while not associating it with vet appointments plus might have to take a sedative an hour beforehand. Any recommendations for muzzles that will fit his big head and any other advice? He was guard trained so I think any stranger he will be on guard.
