Wanted to draw some of the Prince of Persia 2008 stuff. I really liked the bosses in it, they had personalities. Just people who sold their soul to Ahriman.
For example Concubine had been beaten down cause of jealousy or something and had lost her influence in a court alongside her beauty. She sold her soul to gain shapeshifting and illusion powers to regain what she had lost.

She looks different in-game and on concept art, so I've mixed them up a bit.

Just wanted to share my passion of Joe Madureira's artstyle. It mixes anime and western comics so well. I've read all BattleChasers comic series, couldn't lay my hands on the newer one, sadly. Anyways, sorry if it's off-topic.

Upd. I’ve got corrected by my partner, although Hill Mari culture is influenced by Slavic, they are technically Finno-Ugric.

This part of the series is special for me, because it was the first one I've played. Later I played through all trilogy and also 2008 reboot. I loved them all, especially the ost of the Warrior Within, but the dark prince conception is just too cool.

P.s. If anyone cares – I've got inspired by the artstyle of the Battle Chasers Nightwar game.
