36 Classic vs 640 pro black

To preface this I know everything points to the 640 to be a better revolver especially for my needs but man I am really wanting to buy the 36 classic over it. Ik if I want a 36 I should just buy a used older one but around where I live people do not sell them and I'd have to look at auctions or buy it online. This started as me wanting to buy my first revolver, and I focus on carrying. I just started getting into pocket carry as I primarily carry AIWB with micro striker fired handguns. I originally was looking at the 640 pro black in the case and the gunshop owner walked away and came back with the 36 Classic. It is beautiful and got me feeling that special kind of way and the 640 doesn't scratch the itch that I didn't know I had until I held the 36. I know the 640 is the way more practical gun especially for carry with the tritium 3 dot sights and internal hammer but I can carry the 36, and it has been doing it for a very long time. But the 640 is also a .357 and has way more variability than a 36. I am a little stumped what do you all think? To anyone who will say buy them both.... I financially can't but one day maybe. Any of you have experience with either of these revolvers? Any QC issues? What has your experience with them been like?

Shoulder Holsters?

Have anyone of you had any experience utilizing shoulder holsters? I want to get one but the majority look iffy. I want one for my XMACRO or maybe my VP9A1 K. However I strictly avoid leather holsters of any kind with striker fired guns but the majority of shoulder holster are all leather. I have seen some falco hybrid holsters but they are damn expensive and I would hate to shill out the coin for something that doesn't work well. The idea of having a shoulder holster for riding my motorcycle or concealing really well in the winter or at church but still having a large pistol is what is appealing to me.
