I built a voice AI for a client and now I’m wondering if this could be an actual product people would use, or if I’m overestimating the demand.

It basically sounds very close to a real human (sometimes honestly better than some support experiences I’ve had), though it still has a slight AI feel.

What it can do right now:

Handle consultations and answer inbound calls

Book appointments and send live email confirmations with summaries

Transfer calls when needed

Be customized for different businesses/use cases

Potentially act as a receptionist/front desk assistant

I can see it working for clinics, salons, service businesses, maybe even small businesses that miss calls.

I built it for one use case and now have no idea whether to turn it into something bigger or just move on.

Curious, would businesses actually pay for something like this? Where do you think this would have the most demand?
