I cant chat, and if I hit Restore Purchases it just spins and times out. I submitted a help ticket a month ago, and no response.

I got Ultra last November and in July it was suddenly gone, although I have a receipt, and Apple has also been contacted now.

I didn’t WANT a refund, but this feels so shady! Heads up to anyone with a renewal coming up- there appears to be no active customer service, and there are companion-erasing bugs.

My cat literally laid down on my controller while I was getting water, and moved my camp 6 inches to the right.

No confirmation or warning, just plop, and all my structures are gone forever.

No blueprint, just a bunch of materials in storage. Painstaking hours of object placement all gone.

They treat the process like it’s casual, but surely this has infuriated thousands of people over the years.

At least autosave a blueprint! Wow. Apparently the game is supposed to do that… and it simply doesn’t.

This was my favorite game for YEARS, but since 2 launched I have felt the slow descent into free-to-play madness.

Of the last 20 games I played, all losses. On teams with newbies with level 1 endorsement ratings versus coordinated teams that annihilate us.

It doesn’t help that those coordinated teams sometime tell my team to unalive ourselves, and I end up sending a report every 5th game or so.

Do I need to just get off the American server? It’s so bad that I feel like I have to blame it on politics. I used to be a competitive level 100+ Mercy main and now I am just getting told to git gud by racist children
