What would cause a subwoofer to do this as soon as it gets power
It makes the same noise with and without the RCAs connected

Missing part help
Zero audio knowledge. Just found out I am missing a connector. I was about to attempt to wire this tonight but hit a roadblock. Can someone please send me the link or exact name of this part? It’s connected to a JL 12W7AE if that helps but I believe the box is custom. Pictures attached.

Car audio Sub and amp in GYM
Hello All. Would this work to convert 110v wall power into 12v to run a 1000/1 JL amp and 12W7? What else would I need other than a wiring kit?
