Hey guys im looking to start reading ultimate spiderman (original) however the omnibuses are too expensive so should i go with the ultimate or epic collection tpbs?

My car is a 2015 Ford Fiesta. This issue came up on my last MOT and they said it was the actual wiper stick that wasn’t working so i changed that and it then worked fine however now approaching my next MOT im having problems with it again. I’ve looked it up and apparently it could be the fuse has gone but all the fuseboxes in the youtube videos i’ve watched have been different to mine so I’ve attached a photo and if anyone could help me identify which fuse to change i would be extremely grateful!
