Saw this walking in the house in living room. Could you identify and does it mean there might be many more?

Hi All,
I will be going to US for the first time in June (North Carolina) , as I am not into phones etc. I have been thinking of buying an American watch instead from there. I live in Europe currently, I owe baume mercier, seiko and tissot watches mostly. I want to ask what American watch brands would you recommend (automatic) that are reliable and not Chinese made, and has good quality. Budget up to 1500 usd.
Can be minimalist watches or chrono, open to all suggestions. Anyone from North Carolina could recommend a shop to see them also would be bonus. Otherwise I will order online.
