He left stream for a few minutes, came back and said "I have to go, I will say nothing else, you know who you are, that's enough" and then ended his stream, going to guess he at least had something/someone sent to his house
I've played this game quite a lot over the weekend, just to preface, I've played every single mode and have had generally positive results (I'm at probably a 70-80% winrate across all modes I'd reckon)
I think the game at its core is fun, it's fast and generally responsive, it definitely gives a similar feel to old gen FIFA games (I'd say like 15-18 is the sort of feel I'm getting from it)
It's in some way a compliment to say that it feels like a 10 year old football game, because that's when they were arguably in their prime, but the game does feel very dated and limited in many aspects
The game is very simple and I'd say lacks depth and any real skill expression outside of dribbling, attackers are incredibly powerful compared to defenders and it's often easy to blast past them, pace is overpowered and often seems to be the only stat that matters
Dribbling feels good and is responsive, I'd like to see a few more skill moves like a roulette, but I would say it is generally the strong point of the game and the most fun part of it
Shooting is very strange, far post shots (especially finesse shots) are just instant goals with any 70+ shooting player and I don't really see any reason to not finish every single chance in this fashion, near post shots feel very poor in comparison and I'd often rather lose the ball trying to hit it far post than try a near post shot. There's absolutely no point trying any of the charged shots because basically everything goes in anyway
I've been playing football games for over 20 years from every possible series and I can say confidently that this game has the worst passing I have ever seen in a football game. There's absolutely no nuance, it either goes directly to the attacker or directly to the defender every single time, the player selection for passing is atrocious, I have tapped to someone for an open goal who is 5 yards away from me and it's gone to my left back 30 yards away
Speaking of atrocious, attacking AI and defensive AI, your attackers just hide offside or behind defenders constantly even when set to the "short" build up style, if an attacker does happen to make a good run, the defensive AI will just stand still and let them walk past
But yeah overall I'd say the game feels very formulaic, I'm only 12 hours in and everything is starting to feel the same, most of the goals I score and concede are exactly the same, because of how basic the game is
