Do People still call “dibs” on things that are up for grabs?

“Dibs” has been a sound solution to so many issues that came up with my siblings when we were young. It’s stuck with me and still gets used in my world regularly (usually by me).

Will “dibs” die with GenX?

Have we failed future generations by allowing it to slip into nostalgia?!

“There’s only one pancake left boys.”

“DIBS!!!” …first person to say it gets it

Would you still love it?

If you picked any album from your top 5 albums of all time, from your youth …you play it for the very first time today ….. would you still love it?

Being honest, not nostalgic.

With your life experience, the changes, the hardships, the new world view as someone older, as a parent, etc.

What’s the album you’d choose? And do you think your reaction to it would be different hearing it for the first time today?

What if your teeth were flaccid until you got hungry …and they got hard?

How would that square with visiting grandma? Obviously you couldn’t lie to her.

“I know you’re hungry sweetie, your teeth could cut diamonds right now!”

Paul George.

I know allot of Pacer Nation doesn’t like him, loyalty and such.

I like PG, loved him with the Pacers.

Next year, all bets are off.

This year, I’ll root for PG
