I have the OPPO Reno 14 5G and the Google Health App looks so strange on this device (1st image) compared to other (2nd image). Does anybody know why it looks like that and how to solve the problem?

I bought my father a Moto G86 for Christmas. Later on I got myself an Edge 70. A side by side comparison shows that they’re using the same display. I payed only 199 Euro for the G86 and the Edge 70 was much more. Also the RRP from Motorola ist more than twice for Edge 70 compared to G86. So I wanted to find out which display manufacturer is used for that panel but I didn’t any solutions. Device Info HW etc. doesn‘t show any information like with pixels. Is there any solution with motorola phones to find out if its BOE or LG?
