Shenzhen Happy Valley?

Hi guys, I really want to go to Happy Valley in Shenzhen, but I would appreciate some insider advice!

Firstly, what are queues typically like this time of year?

Secondly, is it enough to spend 5-6 hours there, or is it best to come straight after breakfast and stay till late?

Thirdly, is it typically quieter on Saturdays or Sundays? Or random?

Thank you for reading and for any answers 🙏

I Think My Crush Made Out With Someone Else Like I Wasn't Even There Today

I (21F) have had a huge crush on this guy (26M) that I'm friends with. I did strongly suspect he liked me back tbh, but was scared to confess in case it wasn't mutual. I'm an exchange student in his country, most people I'm friends with he also knows, it could mess up my social life.

Anyway, I went to meet him at our university gym today, and when I walk in he's with another girl. Sometimes mutual friends or his buddies also come with us to the gym, but it's always been discussed before so far. I assumed either they just started chatting as strangers while he was waiting for me, or he knew her already and she was there by chance.

For context, he said he would see a friend in a nearby city first that day, and then we'd meet in the gym in the afternoon. No mention of anyone else. I have no idea if it was her he had visited that morning.

He made small talk to me when I approached, and said that this was (name) and they had actually been working out together here since last summer (before I came to the country). She didn't say anything to me or even make eye contact, felt a bit awkward.

We went to a private gym room he booked, just us 3. They chatted in their mutual language, I said in English that I'll hop on the treadmill. After about 5 minutes of running, I realised they were both gone, but the door was still locked from inside. No other room exit.

They literally had to be behind this changing cubicle inside the room, which I couldn't see behind from where I was. I found it really weird because I didn't hear them talking or anything. I was freaking out, but kept running. I felt frozen and also wanted to respect their privacy I guess.

This went on for like 15+ minutes BTW. When I noticed him walking back from the corner of my eye, I tried to not make it obvious I was upset. I know he doesn't owe me anything. But I can't find any other explanation for this aside from them making out or something, considering they didn't speak to each other that whole time.

We briefly spoke about a project we are working on (me and him are in the same university club/society) until she also reappeared. She spoke to him, but idk what she said obviously. Left the room, came back, and scrolled on her phone next to him.

TLDR: I think my (21F) friend/crush (26M) made out with an unknown girl at the gym today and thought I wouldn't notice.

Can somebody please tell me if I'm crazy. Like is there another explanation here?? I know we're not dating, although I do feel it's kinda rude to do that when I'm in the room, and I like him a lot. And I don't feel I can say anything, but we will see each other in hangouts and at the society meetings. FML
