What Iphone Should I Purchase with a $400 ish Budget?

I have around a $400 budget right now (but I can save more over the summer), and I'm looking to replace my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with an iPhone. My Note 9 is almost 8 years old, and the battery drains quickly. Also, the screen is hard to see outdoors.

I'm looking for:

  • Very Good battery life (I sometimes get 7+ hours of screen time)
  • Fast charging USB-C if possible
  • A bright display that's easy to see in sunlight
  • A good camera for clear photos and videos
  • Unlocked phone
  • A decent amount of storage
  • I currently have Mint Mobile on my Samsung
  • I want it to last me like 3-4+ years and stay a good phone
  • I don't do gaming on phones
